Digital Edge’s Dallas data center is located at 2323 Bryant, Dallas, TX 75201. The data center is located in a 26 story Univision Tower building in downtown Dallas. The facility is outside 100 year floodplain and located in seismic zone 1. Digital Edge is a tenant at this location.
The data center offers dedicated and shared colocation space from half to full cabinet, caged space, and private suites. The raised floor provides the floor load of 75 lbs. per square feet. The data center is regularly audited in accordance with SSAE 16 SOC II requirement. Digital Media offers solutions that adhere to stringent HIPAA compliance guidelines. The data center security features 24x7x365 manned guards and video surveillance with recording. The access to data center is subject to authentication from proximity key cards and biometric scan.
The data center is a N and N+1 power infrastructure, and has 4,500 kW of utility power. The entire critical infrastructure is protected on power failure by 1,450 kW UPS system in N and N+1 redundancy. The backup power to data center is provided by 3,890 kW standby diesel generators in N and N+1 redundancy with fuel storage tank onsite. The data center provides power density of 80-125 watts per square feet and 200 kW DC power capacity. The cooling and humidity in the facility is automated by HVAC units in N+1 redundancy.
The data center is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity to 60 tier I carriers and service providers. The data center has diverse conduit entry points into the building. 24x7x365 NOC provides monitoring and supports services, and remote hand services.
