The data center is regularly audited and is a certified SSAE 16 SOC II facility, and offers solutions meeting the rigorous compliance requirements of HIPAA. The data center provides excellent security measure including 24x7x365 onsite security guards and multiple CCTV cameras systems monitoring and recording all activity with archiving of footage. The entire power system components are regularly tested by doing heavy load and fail-over testing. The data center supplies two diverse network connections from two separate core switches with one as hot standby ensuring no single point of failure. The network utilizes BGP routing topology along with use of several network metric tools to determine the quickest and most reliable paths. The core BGP network is built on Cisco 6500 series switches connected to core server network based on Cisco 3500 series Catalyst switches. 24x7x365 NOC technical staff provides support and monitoring services.
