Data Center West’s Medford data center is located at 739 Welch Street, Medford, OR 97501. Data Center West offers flexible colocation space options including racks, half and full cabinets, and caged space of 8’x5′, 10’x7′, or 10’x8′ sizes. The data center uses seismically braced racks, and front and back individual locking cabinets.
The data center provides 2,000 square feet of space with floor load capacity of 500 lbs. per square feet. The facility provides roll door entry 10’x9′, ceiling height of 10’8″, roof rights availability, and overhead ladder rails for cable management. The security in the data center is provided through video surveillance, monitoring by NOC staff, and 24×7 secure access into the facility. The data center uses heat and smoke alarm for the early detection of fire.
The Medford data center is a reliable infrastructure with 600 Amps of power service. The backup power to data center is provided by standby Caterpillar diesel generator onsite on the loss of utility power. The data center delivers 110V, 208V, and 220V dedicated electrical circuits to customer’s equipment. The 4 x 5 tons air conditioning units maintain the humidity levels and cooling in the data center with constant monitoring.

The data center provides cross connect services, dual entrances into facility through 3″ fiber conduit, clear line of sight, and OC-12 redundant fiber optic connections to Internet backbone.
