CyberLynk’s Phoenix data center is centrally located in Phoenix, AZ. The data center is located in one of the safest locations, from natural disasters like hurricanes, tornadoes, catastrophic hail, major flooding, and earthquakes.

The Phoenix data center offers colocation space for a single 1U server all the way up to full 48U cabinets. The data center is regularly audited and is a certified SSAE 16 type II facility. The Cyberlynk data center provides the secure environment by 24x7x365 IP-based security cameras monitoring the indoor and outdoor of facility covering all entrances and data center space, patrolling by on site security staff, and secure lobby. The data center floor has mantrap entry with three factor authentication including biometric scan and card reader access. The data center uses VESDA apparatus for the early detection of smoke and heat particulates.

Phoenix (PHX1) data center is a reliable and fault tolerant power infrastructure with power to facility is fed through underground multiple power feeds from utility. The entire critical infrastructure is protected by UPS system on the loss of utility power. Backup power to the data center is provided by on site diesel generators that automatically start in the event of prolonged power outages. The diverse power is delivered to the customers through multiple PDUs in true A+B design. The cooling and humidity in the data center is controlled through N+1 chiller units and N+4 CRAH units for the optimum performance of all components.

CyberLynk’s PHX1 data center is a carrier neutral facility with access to multiple Tier I carriers and service providers. The data center has dual fiber entrances with internal fiber backbone consisting of 10Gbps connectivity between edge and core network layers that is built using Cisco 6500 series switches. These high-capacity fiber connections are combined with efficient BGP routing equipment powered by Cisco to ensure unrivaled performance and availability. 24x7x365 NOC staff provides the helpdesk and support services, and free remote hands services.
