Cybercon’s St. Louis data center is located at 210 N. Tucker Blvd., Suite 700, St. Louis, MO 63101. The data center is strategically located in downtown St. Louis in one of the premier carrier hotels. This 18 story building is a steel frame structure owned by New York Stock Exchange and Digital Realty Trust.

The data center offers flexible colocation options including space for single server, half cabinet, and full cabinet. The data center provides 20,000 square feet of total enclosed space. The data center is regularly audited in accordance with SSAE 16 SOC II requirements; and offers solutions meeting the compliance for HIPAA, PCI, Sarbanes Oxley, PII, and many others. The 5-levels data center security ensures only authorized access to facility including building provided security and data center own security measurements. The security provided by building management includes security guards 24x7x365, personal picture identification with issuance of access card to gain entrance to building, and every visit is a must computer logged. The data center has also implemented stringent security measures including 24x7x365 video surveillance of entire facility, entry through steel doors, monitoring by on site staff, keys or access code controlled locked cabinets, maintaining of access logs, proximity security badges access, military grade pass cards, and biometric screening system. The data center uses pre action dry pipe fire suppression system for extinguishing any fire spark, and is also equipped with VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) for an early alert of any smoke particulates.

The St. Louis data center is reliable and fault tolerant power infrastructure with power to data center is fed through two underground power feeds served by Ameren UE, and offers 100% SLA on power. The entire critical infrastructure is protected by four industrial grade MGE UPS system on the loss of utility power. The emergency power to data center is fed through dedicated diesel generator in an event of prolonged power outage. The parallel redundant power and surge protection system is installed with ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) panels that control an automatic transition of power. The data center delivers redundant A+B power feeds to each cabinet. All the power infrastructure is regularly tested ensuring its performance for an emergency event. The redundant CRAC units effectively control cooling and humidity levels in the data center. The data center has redundant water tanks, dual water mains with diverse entries, and is also equipped with proactive temperature monitoring system.

Cybercon’s 210 N. Tucker Blvd. is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity to multiple Tier I carriers and service providers. The data center has dual fiber entrances, and provides redundant 10 GigE fiber connections to the Internet. The data center has fully redundant network infrastructure featuring Cisco and Juniper network gear and firewalls, and offers 100% SLA on network uptime. 24x7x365 SMC (Service Management Center) staff provides technical support and monitoring services.
