The data center provides 114,000 square feet of total enclosed space. The data center is regularly audited in accordance with rigorous compliance standards and is a certified SSAE 16 SOC II facility. The facility has multiple layers of security with 35 security cameras monitoring entire data center, locked cabinet, and card access system throughout the data center. The data center has dual authentication system using biometric scanner and key card access system for NOC and colocation space. The facility is protected by NOVEC fire suppression system for extinguishing any fire spark in the facility.
The Islandia data center provides a reliable power infrastructure with power to the data center is served directly from an on premise power substation, and offers 100% SLA on power. The data center has currently 2.5 MW of power that can be expanded to 10 MW for future growth needs. The redundant Powerware UPS system provides the backup power on the sudden loss of utility power. The emergency power to data center is provided by four parallel redundant Generac diesel generators on the prolonged power outage. Multiple PDUs delivers A+B redundant feeds to each rack with failover protection. The cooling and humidity level in the data center is automated through multiple CRAC units and condensers.
