ByteGrid – Atlanta Data Center (ATL1)

Built in 1999, and expanded in 2001, ByteGrid’s Atlanta data center offers clients a reliable, efficient solution for their IT infrastructure needs.   Beginning with its physical security, a multi-tiered system is in place that protects assets within the facility. This includes multiple biometric scanners, man traps,  24×7 security personnel, video surveillance and a hardened security perimeter. ByteGrid also makes available to clients its customer portal “MyDigitalEnergy” which provides real-time data on temperature, humidity and power consumption.

The facility also offers a robust power infrastructure that maintains the facility’s energy, HVAC and operational capabilities. This includes four 12KV independent underground power feeds from a Georgia power substation that is only 1,500 feet from the data center. The location also offers on of the most reliable power grids in the nation, which some of the most competitive electric rates.

With a presence in the Atlanta, Washington D.C. and Cleveland markets, ByteGrid can offer clients multiple robust, reliable and secure data center options, based on their needs. Clients have access to private data center space that include dedicated UPS power supplies and clients can also customize the security and power levels to meeting their business needs. Each Bytegrid data center adheres to strict compliance certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SSAE 16 Type 2, HIPPA and PCI.
