BlueBridge Networks’ Cleveland data center is located on the 5th floor at 1255 Euclid Avenue, Suite 500, Cleveland, OH 44115. The data center perimeter is constructed with two physical layers of concrete reinforced material. The facility provides secure staging areas with elevators within the facility.

The data center is regularly audited in accordance with SSAE 16 SOC II type II requirements, and provides solutions meeting the stringent standers for PCI and SOX compliance. The data center provides multiple layers of security including security guards on site patrolling outside and lobby areas and controlling access to elevators and building entrances, 24x7x365 video surveillance of every entrance and throughout with recording and archiving of footage for 90 days, no unescorted access, and a DSX security system maintaining access controls to authorized personnel via proximity card and key pad. A violation of security protocol automatically triggers a security breach alarm that is monitored by two redundant and geographically diverse monitoring centers. The data center is protected through a pre action dry pipe fire suppression system, and uses state of the art laser air sampling fire detection system that is 2,000 times more sensitive than conventional smoke detectors.
The Cleveland data center provides a reliable power infrastructure with diversely distributed utility power. The entire critical infrastructure is protected by an industrial class UPS systems in the event there is a sudden loss of utility power. Emergency power to the data center is fed through two of the largest diesel generators in the region with fuel storage on site and priority refuelling contracts in an emergent situation. The data center hosts the region’s 911 emergency services as a response center with diesel generator power in the event of prolonged electricity outage. Power to each rack is delivered in A,B or A&B sourced power feeds; and power options include both 120V and 208V single phase, and three phase. The redundant HVAC units effectively control humidity levels and cooling in the data center for optimized performance of all components.
