XIOLINK’s DC 04 colocation facility is 25,000 square feet, expandable to 75,000 square feet, and offers clients a bevy of features that make it a preferred option for businesses large and small. The facility and data center is monitored by on-site security guards 24/7, as well as ongoing video surveillance at all critical points. Two-factor biometric security is required at all entry points and the mechanical and electrical systems are located in separate, secure areas for added security. Fire protection systems, such as VESDA and dry pipe suppression systems also ensure against any fire threat. XIOLINK’s on-site network operations center is staffed at all times with highly skilled IT professionals that monitor and maintain system performance.
The power infrastructure is anchored by diverse and redundant underground electrical feeds, delivering power at over 13,000 volts. The UPS configuration is N+1, and is supported by redundant, N+1 Caterpillar diesel generators with at least 24 hours worth of fuel, stored on site. Its cooling system is set up in an N+1 configuration, with redundant chillers, pumps and towers set up with changing speeds in order to maximize efficiency. XIOLINKs power and cooling designs are backed by a 100% service level agreement, and its innovative design has been recognized locally with the “Green 15 Award”.
XIOLINK’s network is delivered via redundant and diverse fiber entry points, which provides clients with carrier-neutral access to multiple network providers. Speeds up to 40 Gbps are backed by a 100% availability service level agreement as well.
