Power to the data center is protected through redundant UPS systems with immediate take over by N+1 diesel generators. Cooling and humidity to the data center is controlled by a redundant air conditioning system. New York colocation solutions are provided through full or half locking cabinets, private locking cages, customized private suites, raw space, disaster recovery seats and private DR suites. Advance fire suppression system, FM200 for early smoke and heat deduction is installed with pre-action dry pipe.
Multiple private DWDM 10G fiber rings connect the Hawthorne building with other data centers in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. The facility has a direct point of presence at 60 Hudson Street, NYC and 111 8th Avenue, NYC via redundant DWDM.
