TierPoint’s Lehigh Valley data center is located at 34 St. Martin Dr., Marlborough, MA 01752. The data center is conveniently located close to metro Boston and Providence, near the 495 Technology Corridor. The single story building is a secure construction with concrete masonry walls.

The data center provides N+1 colocation space options ranging from single U cabinet space, 1/4 cabinet, 1/3 cabinet, 1/2 cabinet, full cabinet, locking cabinet, customized cage space, and private suites. The data center provides 28,000 square feet of total space with 204,000 square feet of total space including 40,000 square feet of anti-static raised floor space. The data center is annually audited for its controls and is a SSAE 16 SOC1 and SOC2 Type II certified facility. Multi-layered security prevent any unauthorized access to the data center with 24x7x365 onsite personnel, monitoring through CCTV cameras, IRIS scanner, and mantrap entry with photo ID card access system. The data center is equipped with an early warning smoke detection system and pre action dry pipe fire suppression system to meet any fire emergencies.

Marlborough data center provides reliable and fault tolerant power infrastructure and can offer 100% SLA on power. Immediate power failure is protected by a redundant and diverse UPS system for critical load, in an event of utility power loss. Diesel generators in N+1 redundant configuration provide backup power to the entire facility during a power outage, with onsite fuel storage. Power to each cabinet is delivered in a fully diverse A&B feed with each circuit run from different UPS and generator system that insure uninterrupted power to the system. The data center supports power densities of 150+ watts per square feet. Multiple redundant CRAC units maintain appropriate cooling and humidity levels in the data center for optimized performance of all components and can be monitored remotely.

The 34 St. Martin Dr. data center is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity to multiple carriers and service providers. The data center offers 100% SLA on network connectivity with flexible solutions including optical fiber, copper and wireless. The data center is connected via private 10G fiber to multiple POPs connecting data centers in Hawthorne and Waterbury, ensuring resiliency and reliability with our fault-tolerant Gigabit Ethernet IP backbone. The data center has Cisco powered network infrastructure running BGP4 protocol. 24x7x365 NOC with onsite Level 2 and Level 3 Engineers provides helpdesk and support services.
