SOURCE Dallas data center is located at 2020 Live Oak St., Dallas, TX 75201. The data center is a dedicated Mission Critical Facility (MCF) that was originally built as a 12 story office building on 1.25 acres of land occupying an entire city block, and situated in the heart of the downtown central Dallas business district. The data center is located two miles from the Trinity River and is outside of the FEMA 500 year flood plain. The facility is located one mile from the nearest railroad and one-quarter mile from the nearest highway.
The SOURCE data center facility has eleven work stations, a conference room with the capacity to hold 30 individuals, with an additional work area conference room that has a capacity to hold 12 individuals, and two break rooms. All work stations, conference rooms and break rooms are connected to failover generator power. The data center has a secured staging room available on the ground floor and freight elevators capable of handling 3000 lbs. of weight. The data center provides 160 secured parking spaces with 90 covered.
The data center is a Tier III rated infrastructure facility. The data center offers flexible colocation space including space for half cabinet, 42U cabinet, 54U cabinet, customized cage space, flex space, private suites, and over 10,000 square feet of contiguous space as well as wholesale colocation options. The building provides 147,000 square feet of space that also includes raised floor space. The data center is annually audited and is a certified SAS 70 Type 2, SSAE 16 SOC I and SSAE 16 SOC II facility. The data center also offers solutions meeting different compliance standards such as HIPAA and PCI. The building provides multiple layers of physical security including 24x7x365 onsite security guards, video surveillance cameras, key card access, and a biometric access control system. Access to the data center space is protected with a mantrap. The data center provides fire protection with a state of the art fire suppression system.
The Dallas data center provides a redundant and reliable 2N power infrastructure with power to the building served through three separate electrical utility feeds, from two different power substations. A total of 13.5 MW of three-phase power is fed to the data center and is scalable to a 26 MW capacity. Immediate power failure is protected by a N+2 UPS system with battery backup. Emergency power to the data center is provided through bi-fuel generators in N+2 configuration, in the event there is a utility power outage. The data center has a power density of 110 watts per square foot. Multiple HVAC units in 2N redundancy are installed to automate the temperature and control the humidity levels in the data center.

The data center has dual redundant fiber entry points with overhead cable management trays. The Dallas data center also provides cross connects with the carrier of your choice. The 24x7x365 technical NOC staff provides support services, monitoring services, and also provides remote hands services.
