RCIG’s Saint Louis data center 2 is located at 900 Walnut, St. Louis, MO 63102, and one of three facilities in St. Louis. The data center is in 7 story Bandwidth Exchange Building that is ideally positioned to provide the stable environment necessary to maintain high availability environments. This seven story 110,000 square feet. building serves as the region’s premier internet gateway and is located in downtown St. Louis.
The colocation services are provided from 2U, 10U rack space, half/full racks, full locking cabinets, and caged space. The full rack power is configured with 20 AMP 110V, 30 AMP 110V or 30 AMP 208V dedicated Circuits. The data center is a SAS 70 Type I certified, and provides 4,500 square feet of space.
The data center has updated electrical power with an on site dedicated utility substation. The customized A&B power circuits are delivered to customer’s equipment. Saint Louis 2 offers one free cross connect with their full rack colocation services, but also offers their own BGP blend of Savvis, Level 3 and Cogent. Each of RCIG’s Midwest data centers, including the Bandwidth Exchange Building , is connected via fiber to optimize redundancy. The 24 x 7 x 365 NOC provide monitoring services, and support services. The free 5 minutes hands and feet support is provided by support staff.
