This 291,421 square-foot data center is approximately eleven miles north of Denver. With excellent access to I-25, I-70, and Denver’s new beltway highway E-470, this data center location services the largest metropolitan area in Colorado and provides excellent access to all of the Rocky Mountain states. Built in 1983, the precast and steel building is seven stories plus a partial Penthouse. The six upper floors are identically designed to be one-half office consisting of 14,866 raised floor and one-half data center consisting of 16,878 raised floor for a total of 31,744 RSF per floor.
